Returns Policy

We always aim to provide the highest quality in our products and service. Due to the customised and bespoke nature of our products we can not offer returns or exchanges. Please ensure you carefully review your order details, including the size, design and uploaded photos before completing your order. 

In the event your order is damaged in transit, we'll be happy to send a replacement. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your product and provide us with photographic evidence of the damage - info@thepolaroideffect.co.uk We'll review and promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. 

Should you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please email our team within 24hrs - info@thepolaroideffect.co.uk Include your order details and we will process the cancellation.
